Annual Services

1. Conduct a pre-renewal meeting with our clients 120 days prior to the renewal date. This pre-renewal meeting includes:
• Review of general conditions of the marketplace
• Estimated renewal action
• Review of claim and utilization experience
• Review of current benefit design versus market and industry trends
• Recommendations for plan design changes based upon expected renewal pricing and budgets
• Discussion of marketing necessity and available alternatives that are cost effective and consistent with defined objectives
• Changes in goals, objectives and overall benefit plan strategy
• Review all services and insurance contracts
2. Review insurance renewal calculations and negotiate renewals.
3. Provide Annual Stewardship Report reviewing plan performance and actions taken during the year.
