Benefit Management Strategies, (BMS) was formed in 1997. Realizing that each client had specific needs that were not being met by most insurance agents or brokers, we decided on a different approach. We listen to our clients and design programs to their specific needs.
BMS reviews Handbooks, checks for Compliance with COBRA, HIPAA and FMLA, Summary Plan Descriptions, etc. We have also created Strategic Partners to assist in virtually all facets of Human Resources and Employee Benefits.
