Compliance Analysis - This will allow us to tell if you are in compliance with current benefit laws.
Contribution Strategies - We will interview the decision makers to find out philosophy and assist in understanding how this will affect enrollment.
Employee Handbook Review - Will review policies and procedures for legality in all states.
Finally we move into:
Strategic Planning - What do we want to accomplish going into 2008 and beyond.
Renewals - We start the renewal process 6 months in advance of your renewal date. We can get renewal numbers on non-marketing years, 90-120 days in advance. In marketing years, six months in advance.
